Professional Artist George Kiapos

George Kiapos is a Los Angeles native. As a small child, he found himself drawing and painting anything he could find in the house, or conjure up in his imagination. At the age of six, George’s father decided to hand him a paint brush, a palette of oils and a canvas. This first painting won him Best of Show at a local gallery -- with George being the youngest artist in the exhibition. By the age of eleven, George’s sixth grade teacher asked him to draw a portrait of the newly inaugurated President Nixon. The portrait was sent to Washington, and George’s school received a letter of acknowledgement from the White House.
